  • Identifiers: Unique Firebase user ID, device ID, and IP address

  • Location Data: Approximate location (city/state) based on IP or usage

  • Usage Data: App screen views, taps, feature usage, and session duration

  • User Content: Posts, replies, messages, photos, and videos shared within the app

  • Purchases: Subscription tier, plan, and purchase history (linked to your account)

  • Diagnostics: Crash logs, performance data via Firebase Crashlytics

  • Customer Support: Support messages linked to your UID (if submitted)

2. How We Use Your Data

  • To enable user interactions and content engagement within the app

  • To enable and manage premium subscriptions

  • To improve app performance, safety, and reliability

  • To enforce community guidelines and detect abuse

  • To respond to support requests

  • You may delete all data by deleting your account.

Note: We do not use your data for advertising or third-party tracking.

3. Data Sharing

  • We do not sell or rent your personal data.

  • We use Firebase (by Google) for backend services like authentication, messaging, analytics and crash reporting.

  • We use Apple for in-app purchase processing (we do not store your payment info).

  • We may disclose data to comply with legal obligations or protect user safety.

4. Your Rights & Choices

  • You may request deletion of all your data by emailing: support@schemegle.com

  • You can disable location access in your device’s privacy settings

  • You can control what other users see about your personal information in the app’s user preferences under settings.

  • You can cancel subscriptions via your Apple ID settings

  • You may stop using the app at any time

5. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and administrative safeguards, including encryption and access controls. However, no system is completely secure.

6. Children’s Privacy

Schemegle is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have, please contact us immediately.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in app features, legal requirements, or user protections. We will notify users of significant changes via the app or updated documentation. Continued use of the app means you accept the changes.
