Schemegle Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Schemegle mobile application, related services, content, subscriptions, virtual items, features, and platforms (collectively, the “Licensed Application” or “Service”) operated by the Schemegle Team (“Schemegle,” “Licensor,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
The Licensed Application is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under these Terms. By downloading, accessing, creating an account, or using the Licensed Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Licensed Application.
Schemegle reserves all rights in and to the Licensed Application not expressly granted to you under these Terms.

a. Scope of License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Schemegle grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Licensed Application on devices that you own or control and as permitted by applicable platform provider terms, including the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
This license does not allow you to:
- Distribute, sublicense, lease, rent, lend, transfer, or sell the Licensed Application
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code
- Modify or create derivative works of the Licensed Application
- Use the Licensed Application in violation of applicable laws or regulations
- Circumvent moderation systems, safety systems, bans, or access restrictions
- Use automated systems, bots, scraping tools, or unauthorized third-party software
All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Schemegle.
b. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Licensed Application.
By using Schemegle, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
- You will comply with all applicable laws and platform policies
Schemegle reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate eligibility requirements.
c. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.
You agree not to:
- Impersonate another individual or entity
- Create accounts for fraudulent, abusive, or misleading purposes
- Circumvent bans or moderation actions
- Share false or deceptive information
Schemegle reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts at its sole discretion to protect users and maintain platform integrity.
d. Community Conduct
Schemegle is intended to support respectful communication and community interaction.
You agree not to use the Licensed Application to:
- Harass, threaten, intimidate, stalk, or abuse others
- Share nudity, sexually explicit, exploitative, or illegal content
- Promote violence, hate speech, discrimination, or unlawful activity
- Spam, scam, defraud, or manipulate users
- Upload copyrighted material without authorization
- Share harmful malware, unauthorized scripts, or malicious code
- Manipulate engagement systems, moderation systems, or platform features
- Attempt to bypass user consent or privacy protections
Violations may result in:
- Content removal
- Feature restrictions
- Temporary suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Reporting to law enforcement where legally required
e. User-Generated Content
The Licensed Application may allow you to create, upload, submit, post, display, or share content including messages, media, replies, profile information, and other materials (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content. However, by submitting User Content through the Licensed Application, you grant Schemegle a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, distribute, display, moderate, process, and use such content solely for purposes related to operating, improving, securing, and promoting the Licensed Application.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for your User Content
- You will not submit content you do not have rights to use
- Schemegle is not responsible for User Content posted by users
- Schemegle may review, moderate, restrict, or remove User Content at its discretion
f. Messaging, Favorites, and Consent Features
Schemegle includes social and communication features such as:
- Favorites
- Messaging
- Posts and replies
- Notifications
- Calls and media tools
- Community interaction systems
Certain communication features may require mutual consent before interaction is permitted.
You agree to respect:
- Rejections
- Blocks
- User privacy settings
- Communication boundaries
- Consent-based interaction requirements
Attempts to bypass user consent systems may result in moderation action or account termination.
g. Virtual Currency, Coins, and Digital Items
The Licensed Application may include virtual currency, coins, subscriptions, premium features, digital items, promotional rewards, or other non-physical goods.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Virtual items have no cash value
- Virtual items are non-transferable
- Virtual items are not redeemable for money
- Purchases may be non-refundable except where required by law
- Schemegle may modify or discontinue virtual items at any time
Schemegle reserves the right to adjust pricing, rewards, availability, and functionality without liability.
h. Subscriptions and Billing
Certain features of the Licensed Application may require paid subscriptions.
Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play are managed by the applicable platform provider and may automatically renew unless canceled through your platform account settings.
You are responsible for:
- Managing subscriptions
- Monitoring billing activity
- Canceling subscriptions before renewal if desired
Schemegle does not control third-party payment systems and is not responsible for billing issues caused by external platform providers.
i. Consent to Use of Data
You agree that Schemegle may collect and use technical data and related information, including but not limited to:
- Device information
- Operating system details
- Application performance information
- Crash logs
- Usage analytics
- Interaction and moderation records
This information may be used to:
- Improve the Licensed Application
- Provide customer support
- Maintain safety systems
- Detect fraud or abuse
- Develop new features and services
Our collection and use of information is further described in our Privacy Policy.
j. External Services
The Licensed Application may enable access to third-party websites, services, advertisements, or external content (“External Services”).
You acknowledge and agree that:
- External Services are used at your sole risk
- Schemegle is not responsible for third-party content, availability, or accuracy
- Schemegle does not endorse third-party services unless expressly stated
- External Services may be unavailable, modified, or removed at any time
Schemegle shall not be liable for damages or losses arising from your use of External Services.
k. Moderation and Safety
Schemegle uses a combination of:
- Automated moderation systems
- User reporting tools
- Human review processes
- Safety and trust mechanisms
Schemegle reserves the right to:
- Remove content
- Limit visibility
- Restrict features
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Preserve moderation records for legal and safety purposes
Moderation decisions may occur with or without notice.
l. Termination
These Terms remain effective until terminated by you or Schemegle.
Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any provision herein.
Upon termination:
- Your access to the Licensed Application may immediately cease
- Your content may be removed or inaccessible
- Certain records may be retained for safety, fraud prevention, moderation, or legal compliance purposes
m. Intellectual Property
The Licensed Application, including its software, branding, logos, graphics, text, features, and design elements, is owned by Schemegle and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any portion of the Licensed Application without prior written permission.
n. Disclaimer of Warranties
YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT USE OF THE LICENSED APPLICATION IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LICENSED APPLICATION IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITH ALL FAULTS AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
SCHEMEGLE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- MERCHANTABILITY
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
- NON-INFRINGEMENT
- ACCURACY
- RELIABILITY
- AVAILABILITY
- SECURITY
- QUIET ENJOYMENT
SCHEMEGLE DOES NOT GUARANTEE:
- CONTINUOUS SERVICE AVAILABILITY
- ERROR-FREE OPERATION
- THAT USERS WILL ACT APPROPRIATELY
- THAT CONTENT WILL ALWAYS BE ACCURATE OR SAFE
YOU ASSUME ALL RISKS ASSOCIATED WITH USE OF THE LICENSED APPLICATION.
o. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SCHEMEGLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- INDIRECT DAMAGES
- INCIDENTAL DAMAGES
- CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
- LOSS OF PROFITS
- LOSS OF DATA
- BUSINESS INTERRUPTION
- USER DISPUTES
- PERSONAL INJURY ARISING FROM USER INTERACTIONS
- DAMAGES ARISING FROM CONTENT POSTED BY USERS
IN NO EVENT SHALL SCHEMEGLE’S TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED FIFTY U.S. DOLLARS (USD $50.00) OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO SCHEMEGLE IN THE PREVIOUS TWELVE MONTHS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
p. Export Compliance
You agree not to use or export the Licensed Application except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensed Application was obtained.
You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to U.S. government embargoes or listed on any U.S. government prohibited or restricted parties list.
q. Governing Law
Except where prohibited by applicable law, these Terms and your relationship with Schemegle shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You agree that any disputes arising from these Terms or the Licensed Application shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
If you reside outside the United States, mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction may provide additional rights.
r. Changes to the Licensed Application and Terms
Schemegle reserves the right to:
- Modify or discontinue features
- Adjust subscriptions or pricing
- Update moderation systems
- Revise these Terms at any time
Continued use of the Licensed Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
